In October 2008, the work of the Counselling Centre for Children, Youth and Parents in KruÅ”evac (Serbia) was presented three times within the morning programme of the Radio KruÅ”evac, in two TV programmes on the RTK and TV Plus television stations, two newspaper articles and in the round table on the subject of āPrevention of Peer Violenceā.

On the 10 October 2008, the Mayor of the Municipality of Ljubljana Mr. Zoran JankoviÄ visited Foundation Ā»TOGETHERĀ«. The Mayor met Board members of the Foundation Ā»TOGETHERĀ« and its employees. The Executive Director Mrs. Vera RemÅ”kar presented to Mayor the work of the Foundation Ā»TOGETHERĀ« and its future perspective. The visit was a fine opportunity for enhancing the future cooperation on several levels . The visit proceeded in a amicable atmosphere, moreover, the Mayor expressed contentment over the work of the Foundation Ā»TOGETHERĀ« and he expressed the readiness of the Municipality of Ljubljana for a strong cooperation in the future.

In this yearās project of psychosocial assistance through art therapy 30 art pedagogues and teachers from ten schools around Pristina were included. On creative workshops, led by a Slovenian academic painter Gani Lalloshi and an expert for artistic therapy Eduardo Marques, they gained new knowledge which they later used in work with children.
WHO approved financing of a research project on suicidal behaviour among the Youth of Kosovo

This year the World Health Organization will finance the research on suicidal behaviour in Kosovo inside the program on mental health through the office in Pristina. The research will be conducted from September till October 2008 in Kosovo by the Foundation āTogetherā in cooperation with the University of Pristina, Department of psychology.
