Foundation "TOGETHER" discusses the possibility of introducing psychosocial activities in war affected communities in Africa

Following the CAAC conference, two NGO representatives from Africa, Abubakarr Messeh Kamara, Chief Executive Officer of "Young Leaders Sierra Leone" and Bukeni T. Waruzi from "WITNESS" participated in a meeting with the Foundation "TOGETHER".
On 08.05.2008, the Government of the Republic of Slovenia agreed to finance the following projects conducted by the Foundation "Together" in the year 2008:

• Full financing of the project “Counseling Centers for Children, Youth and Parents in Kruševac (Serbia)”
• Co-financing of the project “Psychosocial Counseling Centers for Children and Parents in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Kosovo”
• Co-financing of the conference “Executers of Development Assistance Operators from New EU Member States: Experiences, Trends and Challenges”
Executive Director of the Foundation »TOGETHER« presents CAAC Conference Recommendations

Following on from the conference held in Ljubljana on 17-18 April on Children Affected by Armed Conflict, Vera Remškar, Executive Director of the Foundation »TOGETHER« and Chair of the second plenary seesion during the conference, was invited to Brussels to present the conference recommendations.
