PLEASE NOTE

All payments should clearly state payees and/or accompanying person’s name/s.

Personal or company cheques will not be accepted.

CONFIRMATION

Your registration, hotel reservation, and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment (or proof of payment).

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations of congress registration must be sent in writing and addressed to Cankarjev Dom.

Refunds will be approved after the Conference as follows:
Cancellations received before May 28, 2004, payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 50 EUR. Cancellations received after May 28, 2004, will not be refunded.

Hotel rates listed below include accommodation with breakfast with tourist tax per person for one night and are for your information only.

HOW TO BOOK

Booking is possible via the on-line registration form.

As the number of rooms available for the Conference is limited, your choice of hotel can not be guaranteed after that date. Your choice of accommodation will be duly considered, and applications will be processed on a first come – first served basis.

Cancellations received before May 28, 2004 are free of charge. After this date one room night will be charged to your credit card.

Accommodation is payable directly to the hotel at check-out.
