HOW TO BOOK Booking is possible via the on-line registration form. As the number of rooms available for the Conference is limited, your choice of hotel can not be guaranteed after that date. Your choice of accommodation will be duly considered, and applications will be processed on a first come – first served basis. Cancellations received before May 28, 2004 are free of charge. After this date one room night will be charged to your credit card. Accommodation is payable directly to the hotel at check-out.
