PLEASE NOTE

All payments should clearly state payees and/or accompanying person’s name/s.

Personal or company cheques will not be accepted.

CONFIRMATION

Your registration, hotel reservation, and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment (or proof of payment).

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations of congress registration must be sent in writing and addressed to Cankarjev Dom.

Refunds will be approved after the Conference as follows:
Cancellations received before May 28, 2004, payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 50 EUR. Cancellations received after May 28, 2004, will not be refunded.
