CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Authors are invited to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations. All contributions will be reviewed before inclusion in the programme. A considerable part of the invited lectures will be selected based on scientific merit of submitted abstracts. Abstracts containing no more than 400 words must be written in English using simple and clear sentences. The Book of Abstracts will be distributed to all participants upon registration in Ljubljana.

Please submit your abstracts via the on-line submission form. An acknowledgement of receipt of your submission will be sent to your electronic address after the submission is successfully completed.

Deadline for submission of abstracts is May 10, 2004.

Notification of acceptance of abstracts will be sent electronically to the corresponding author by May 22, 2004.

INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS AND POSTER PRESENTERS

Presentation Formats

The Scientific Committee will ultimately decide whether a submitted paper will be selected for an oral or a poster presentation. A considerable part of the invited talks will be selected based on scientific merit of submitted abstracts. Please make sure to indicate the preferred presentation type on the abstract submission web site.

Each oral presentation will consist of a 8 minutes talk.

PROJECTION FACILITIES

Technical equipment available for the presentation:

• video projections on systems VHS (PAL, NTSC), SVHS (PAL)

• LCD projector for computer presentation (resolution up to 1024x 768 pixels)

Speakers are kindly requested to deliver their presentation material to the Speaker Centre in the entrance hall of Grand Hotel Bernardin. Please test, and if necessary, reformat the computer presentation before giving it to the audience. Only a Power Point presentation will be accepted. MS Power Point 2000 version is recommended.
