LETTER OF INVITATION
A letter of Invitation to attend the Conference will be sent on individual
request. The invitation is intended to facilitate participants travel and visa
arrangements, and does not imply the provision of any financial or other
form of support.
REGISTRATION DESK
The Registration Desk, located in the entrance hall of Grand Hotel
Bernardin, will be open during the following hours:

All participants and accompanying persons are requested to check in at the
Registration Desk. The staff will be happy to provide any information
needed.
BADGES AND IDENTIFICATION
Upon registration, each participant will receive a name badge, to be worn
all times during Conference activities and social events. Invitations to social
events will be collected on entry.
ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATES
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all registered participants.
HOW TO JOIN THE CONGRESS IN LJUBLJANA
Congress venue - Cankarjev dom
The driving force behind the city’s cultural, art, and congress activities is
Cankarjev Dom, a multi-purpose centre with some 36,000 sq. m of event space.
It was opened in 1980 and can accommodate up to 5,000 visitors at the same
time in halls providing seats for as few as 20 and up to 1,600 visitors. It also
offers 3,800 sq. m of exhibition space, and has banquet facilities for a maximum
of 1,200 guests. Annually we host nearly 250 national and international congresses
and convention-related events.
The Cankarjev Dom Cultural and Congress Centre is located in the very centre of
Ljubljana within walking distance of all major hotels, shops, restaurants and main
sights in the city.
