CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing on receipt of your Registration Form and payment or proof of payment. Registrations and payments submitted to the Congress Secretariat after September 1, 2003 may not be confirmed in writing. Consequently, please bring the copy of the Registration Form as well as the proof of payment of your Registration Fee with you when you travel to Ljubljana. CHANGES TO APPLICATIONS Changes to your original application for registration will be charged a handling fee of 20 EUR. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS All cancellations of Congress registration must be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received: Before/on July 31, 2003, payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 50 EUR. No refund will be given after this date. Refunds will be paid after the Congress. For refunds, please state your full bank account details in the written cancellation.
