CANCELLATION AND
CHARGE POLICY
All cancelations must be sent in writing to Kompas
d.d.
|
1. ACCOMMODATION
For cancellations received not later than June 15, 2003,
only an administrative fee to the amount of 15 EUR will
be charged. After this date, a one night stay will be
charged. For any name change of the reservation after
June 15, 2003, an extra 15 EUR will be charged as handling
fee. |
2. TOURIST PROGRAMME
For cancellations received before August 1, 2003, only
an administrative fee to the amount of 10 EUR will be
charged. After this date, no refunds will be made.
