KOMPAS Travel Agency has secured
a sufficient number of rooms in all major hotels in Ljubljana and
Bled (50 km from Ljubljana). KOMPAS can guarantee reservation before
June 15, 2003. Your choice of accommodation will be duly considered,
and applications will be processed on a first come, first served
basis. If there are no more vacancies in the hotel of your choice,
we will do our best to find a comparable alternative.
Hotels in Ljubljana
The majority of hotels in Ljubljana are within walking distance
of the Congress venue. M Hotel, AA Lipa, Bit Center and Auto Camp
Jezica in Ljubljana, as well as hotels and guest houses in the near
vicinity of Ljubljana are well connected with the Congress venue
by buses.

Hotels in Bled, "Pearl of the
Alps" At the foot of the Julian Alps, 501m above sea level in the
north-western part of Slovenia lies Bled - a harmony of extraordinary
beauty, mild climate, fresh mountain air and warm hospitality. The
jewels in Bled's crown are the island in the lake and the castle
on top of the dramatic cliff, which rises sheer out of the lake.
The location is recommended to those who desire the opportunity
to escape the everyday routine and busy city pavements, as well
as those who are interested in participating at the post-congress
Golf Tournament of Pathologists in the exceptional natural surroundings
of the Bled golf course.
A transfer service will operate between hotels in Bled and the Congress
venue from Saturday evening, September 6, to Thursday afternoon,
September 11, twice a day. Participants staying at Bled will receive
complimentary coupons for the shuttle bus line. There is also a
regular bus service between Bled and Ljubljana, operating on an
hourly basis. All listed hotels are 40 minutes drive from Ljubljana
(50 km).

BOOKING AND PAYMENT OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation can be booked either via the On-line Hotel Accommodation
& Tourist Programme Form or by completing and returning the enclosed
Hotel Accommodation & Tourist Programme Form to the address of KOMPAS
d.d.Travel Agency.
No deposit is required if paying
by credit card. Your credit card details will serve as a guarantee
of the reservation. Payment will be made directly at the hotel.
If you do not guarantee by credit card, a hotel deposit in the amount
of one night's accommodation is required. The deposit payment must
be made before June 15, 2003 to KOMPAS in EUR currency, clear of
any bank charges for the beneficiary.

You will receive written confirmation
of your hotel reservation after the receipt of your credit card
details or your bank transfer payment of the deposit.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY
All cancellations must be sent in writing to KOMPAS. For cancellations
received not later than June 15, 2003, only an administrative fee
in the amount of 15 EUR will be charged to the participant's credit
card or deducted from the deposit. After this date, a one-night
stay will be charged to the participant's credit card or no deposit
refund will be made.
For any name change of the reservation
after June 15, 2003, an extra 15 EUR will be charged as a handling
fee.
