INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS

computerised projection (Power Point), resolution up to 1024 times x 768 pixels video: VHS (PAL, NTSC), SVHS, DV (mini DV)

You will be required to hand over your CD-ROM / video tapes / diskettes for projection at the Speaker Centre in the Foyer of Hotel Union at least two hours before their presentation.

Please make sure that your computer presentation is fully operational before your talk. Only PowerPoint presentations on CD-ROM or floppy disk, or from your own laptop computer will be accepted. We suggest that your computer presentation be installed and tested at least one day before your talk. The Speaker Centre will be open daily from 8.00 to 18.00h.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Posters will be displayed in the Foyer of the Union Hall. Display boards will be numbered.
